- Write blog posts, articles, website copy, product descriptions, and social media content that reflects both clarity and care
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that raise awareness and build trust with patients and their families
- Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and tone of voice
- Refresh existing content to improve quality and relevance
- Write SEO-optimized content to help patients find the right information at the right time
- Write headlines and copy that are not only attention-grabbing but also emotionally engaging
- Identify content gaps and suggest new ideas that genuinely support our audience’s needs
- Work closely with designers to align messaging with visuals for a seamless user experience
- You write and speak English at a near-native or native level—grammar, tone, and nuance are second nature to you.
- Experienced in content writing, preferably with exposure to the medical or healthcare field
- A strong researcher with a deep respect for accuracy and empathy
- Skilled in writing clear, concise, and human-centered content
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content strategy is an advantage
