We are looking for a self-thinker who can lead our digital marketing global team with hands-on experience in Performance digital marketing.
Need to have a good understanding of Marketing, branding, SWOT, market research, etc.. Former experience of managing digital marketing teams – An Advantage.
Former experience in the medical field – An Advantage.
Must have a deep understanding of all the digital marketing aspects with focus and experience in performance.
Previous experience in coordinating the work of other team members like a developer, designer, performance, SEO, etc. in order to achieve the marketing and project goals is an advantage.
- BS/MS degree in marketing \ Business or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Have all the relevant information related to marketing, branding, messaging, etc.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing projects from scratch.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools, digital marketing tools, and trends, project management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Build a digital marketing strategy for different clients to meet the client goals in all the relevant platforms like Google ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Yandex, Bing, etc.
- Create competitor’s research, and market research know-how to analyze it, and get the relevant action steps out of it.
- Advice and understanding of the different types of users’ and users’ journeys and how to optimize a platform to achieve the best results for each user.
- Meet goals and deadlines related to the establishment of new digital assets and marketing plans.
- He can execute some digital marketing strategies.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, ROS, and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
