We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels.
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates marketing automation, and digital, social, and offline channels. Managing a small marketing team in Belgrade you will deliver successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across a variety of channels for both Digital Crew and the clients.

- 3-4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager and Team Leader.
- 3-4 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of web design procedures.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
- Team player and good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a similar relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and manage the strategy.
- Manage and train the rest of the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels.
- Measure ROI and KPIs.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analyses.
- Organize and lead a digital marketing team.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms and preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
