We’re seeking a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a solid understanding of social media platforms, and a knack for crafting social media campaigns.

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager and/or Facebook Ads Manager. – 1 year of experience
- Solid understanding of creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also thinking creatively and independently.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using LinkedIn Ads Manager and/or Facebook Ads Manager to reach target audiences effectively.
- Be included in creating compelling and relevant content for various social media channels to foster audience engagement and interaction.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of audience behavior on social media and leverage insights to tailor content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
- Meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain a good level of organization.
