What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic Pre-Sales Representative to help grow our business by transforming prospects into loyal clients. If you are motivated by challenges, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.
- Engage with potential leads, prospects, and key decision-makers
- Understand our clients medical solutions and services, communicating their value effectively
- Conduct needs analysis to understand clients’ pain points and match them with solutions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Track activity in CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date
- Foster strong relationships with the clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize outreach strategies
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
- Experience in telemarketing or digital marketing (a plus!)
- Strong sense of ownership, with the drive to excel and contribute to team success
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and great interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Spanish
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry (a big advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
